Do your compostable products have a shelf life?
Yes, compostable products have a shelf life of 9–12 months when stored in cool, dry conditions out of direct sunlight.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes! We offer free sample packs—you just need to cover the postage (Australia only).

What is the lead time for orders?
Standard lead time is 11–13 weeks, including production and shipping. Need it sooner? We offer fast-tracked production for delivery within 3–4 weeks (additional fees apply).
Do your prices include shipping?
Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping within Australia. Shipping costs for smaller orders will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return custom products?
Since all our products are customized, we cannot accept returns. However, if there’s a quality issue, our team will work with you to find a solution.

How do I compost your products?
For home composting, remove any labels, cut the product into smaller pieces, and place it in your compost bin. They’ll break down within 90–180 days. Alternatively, use a commercial composting facility for faster decomposition.
What’s the difference between compostable and biodegradable?
Compostable products break down into natural elements without leaving harmful residues, while biodegradable products can leave microplastics behind. Compostable is always the better choice!
