Eco Mailer FAQs

What colours can I print?

Any colour you like! Just share your artwork, and we’ll make it happen.

Can I print multiple colours?

Yes! Single-colour printing is included by default, but we can print multiple colours for an additional charge. Reach out to us for a quote.

Can I customize the back of the mailer?

For orders under 5000 units, the back includes our sustainability commitment and logo by default. If you’re ordering over 5000 units, we can fully customize the back design for you.

Can I order a different size or colour?

For smaller orders, we stick to our four standard sizes and available colors to keep production efficient. For custom sizes or colors on orders over 5000 units, contact us at hello@theartofwrap.org for a quote.

Can I get a pre-production sample?

Because your order is printed in a shared production run, we’re unable to provide pre-production samples. However, you can order one of our sample packs to review our print quality before placing your custom order.

How do I compost Eco Mailers?

To compost at home, remove any labels, cut the mailers into smaller pieces, and place them in your compost bin as "brown" materials. They will fully break down within 90–180 days in home compost conditions. You can also send them to a commercial composting facility. Not sure where to start? Visit ShareWaste to find a local composting enthusiast or contact your local council for green bin services.

What’s the difference between compostable and biodegradable?

A biodegradable product breaks down into smaller particles, often microplastics, which still pollute the environment. A compostable product, like our Eco Mailers, breaks down completely into organic matter, leaving no harmful residues and even feeding the soil. Compostable is always the better choice!

Do Eco Mailers have a shelf life?

Yes, they have a shelf life of 12 months when stored in cool, dry conditions out of direct sunlight.

How does shipping work with Eco Mailers?

When you purchase Eco Mailers, you’re buying the packaging only—not shipping services. You can purchase labels at an Australia Post shop, or print and pay for them online through platforms like e-Parcel or Sendle.
